Harrogate train station is a 5 min walk with a direct rail link to York, Edinburgh and London Kings X.
A DESTINATION FOR THE NORTH
Our showrooms are spread over 11,500 SQ Feet of freehold space, acquired over a lifetime in business.
With a collection of premium brands, our showrooms are truly inspirational and a destination for the north.
Our visitors often stay for several hours at a time.
Welcome drinks are always served and catering can be arranged for those who travel long distances or clients planning a long meeting.
PRINCE ALBERT ROW
Covering 1,500 SQ Feet, our showroom on Prince Albert Row has been open since 1982.
A grade 2 listed building with a window to the high street, we are sheltered under one of Harrogate’s only remaining original cast iron canopies.
The showroom is ground floor only and has good access.
We display full kitchen room sets which are predominantly McCarron and Co, with premium brand kitchen appliances.
Our showrooms are refreshed and changed on a regular basis, the next presentation due in early 2021 will include bedroom and bathroom displays.
THE SHED
The shed is part of the Prince Albert Row community and a small coaching house with hay loft that has been converted by our in house team to provide a POP-UP space.
We use the shed to support events sometimes as a pop-up bar or as an extension space for product launching.
THE FACTORY BUILDING
The Factory Building is a hidden gem, spread over 3 floors and covering 10,000 SQ Feet.
An industrial building with a chequered history located on a hidden alleyway next to the main North Eastern railway line.
Inspired by Andy Warhol’s New York studio and a nod to the creative arts, The Factory building in Harrogate has been designed and converted by our in-house teams creating an oasis of design to illustrate our ability as a team, and to showcase a collection of international furniture brands.
Without any windows to the high street, The Factory building is truly a secret location.
The ground floor is accessible and enjoys an outside space overlooking the North Eastern railway line.
The upper floors are on 2 levels accessible only by a staircase.
The Factory Building is home to Poliform North, a sister company to Stephen Neall Contracts.
On display, a comprehensive selection of room sets that include kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces.
We have several soft furnishing displays and a personal Gym with state of the art equipment.
The Factory is a perfect place to develop projects and product design. We have a private meeting room to cater for client presentations and with our indoor and outdoor spaces can host corporate, charity or social events for up to 150 people.
